Hey Tikanne,

I finally got to read your whole entry and while I know we talked about this yesterday some I wanted to write some more (because I'm odd like that, I guess, lol.) I think it's obvious that your mom REALLY loves you, your sisters, and your brother. I think stress can just cause meltdowns occasionally. I know it happened with my parents. I got the same kind of treatement from them for quite awhile when my mom was dealing with my dad being gone all the time. If your mom works seven days a week, I'm sure she's got to be totally wiped out. I think things will work themselves out in the end though so just keep your head up about it and don't let it get to you to much. But, at the same time, be sure to let your feelings out (like you did by writing in this happy journal thingy, lol,) since I know from experience that keeping in any kind of hurt or anger leads to bad things later (usually exploding at someone you don't want to.)

you know about me already. but i understand the whole thing about your parents not wanting you to move out. its just things you have to do for yourself. and your mom totally rox for not kikin you out like mine. the overprotected side is understandable to my cellphone rings off the hook now just to know wat im doin. watever i hope everything goes well with tehmove and stuff. you still need that hellokitty toilet cover i showed ya! hahhaha!

I'm sorry you are going through this with your mom. I know she loves you and your sisters and brother so much, I admire anyone who will take on the responsibility of raising someone else's kids (Turning them out wonderful for that matter!!) You have a great mother and I know it's hard but hun, some point in time you do have to live for yourself, let your sisters take care of things. Still go around of course!! But you also gotta live too! Keep that in mind. I know it's hard, but think it over. Would it be more beneficial for you to be home with your mom or be off on your own? If moving out is what you really want (and from what you've been saying it sounds like that's what it is) then your mom will just have to learn how to deal with having one of her children not in the nest anymore, she may not like it at all at first, but once she sees that she raised a great, strong, independent young woman; idealy she would become more supportive, give it all time things will work out I promise.
