congrats on working out so much! Just make sure to alternate muscle groups every day. i.e. don't do a video that works upper body two days in a row. instead do upper body then the next day do cardio or lower body.
What about a video that does everything in one video (rotates sculpting and cardio via step aerobics)? I would think that would work fine. You just don't want to overwork one set of muscles. Basically when you work out you are breaking down muscles and it is during the time you are sleeping and resting that they build back up again. So if you try to work one set of muscles too much every day they will never recover and build back up again.
I would think sculpting stuff would be fine because that should be toning your muscles right? Not like weight lifting where you are trying to build bulk.
I would def reccomend that after you workout you eat. The calories you eat right after excercise get used to replensih your muscles. This usually lasts for about 30 minutes. This way those calories are going to replenish your muscles instead of getting stored in th body as something useless.
Oh and I would think that you could lose about 30 pounds safely by June. You basically need to create a 500 calorie deficit every day and that would cause you to lose 1 pound per week.
Since you are excercising it shouldn't be too hard to create that deficit. I would think at 1700 calories a day you should already be at a 500 calorie deficit with excercise but you might want to try a few calculators online to figure that out for sure. I think 1700 is probably the lowest calories you should take in. I am pretty sure I eat more around 2400-2800 and I seem to be staying level. Just be careful to get in enough energy or your body will revolt by holiding on to its stores because it will think you are never going to feed it again! The body works in mysterious ways!
Okay I must have been on crack last night, While it is possible I eat that much I am guessing I am closer to 2000 :) LOL I looked and 1700 seems reasonable :) I don't know what I was thinking last night! Duh the reccommended daily avlues are 2,000 lol. Forgive my poor night math skills!
