Just don't overdo it. Schedule breaks of no workouts at all and a little guilty pleasure (like a chocolate graham cracker and glass of milk). Otherwise, you'll burn out mentally and hurt yourself physically.
I am nowhere near as focused as you are. However, I did work out for almost 50 minutes tonight, so I think I'm doing better. I feel really great after exercising, and so relaxed. Now, I just need to keep the diet in check and we'll be good! Good job, Kristen, keep it up! I'm here for you and I hope you'll be there for me too!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!! Talk to you soon!
