Tutorial#1: coloring.
so, ok, let's start..
1. I took this pic and cropped it to
.
2. Then create a new layer and fill it with #e6e6e6 and set it to color burn.

3. Again create a new layer and now fill it with #013d70 and set it to exclusion 100%.

4. Dublicate the color burn layer and move it to the top.

5. Create a new layer and fill it with #9edeff and set it to color burn 100%.
->
6. Now duplicate the base, move it to the top and set it to soft light 100%.
You'll get this:
7. Create a new layer and fill it with #002456 ans set it to the exclusion 50%.

8. Duplicate the color burn layer with #9edeff color, move it to the top and set it to 70%.
you'll get this:
9. Now take this texture (made by 77words) and set it to screen 100%.
you'll get this:
10. Take this. move it to the coner and set to screen 100%.
You'll get this:
11. Now text. I used "Violation" font and wrote "ladybird".
Then i wanted my text to be more clear, so i've added shadow to it. Settings are here.
Anyway, you can write whatever you want and do with your text something else.
So, we're done and have this icon:
