Hear, hear. It's better to be frank when you deal with others, even if it hurts them. People are hurt worse in the long run if you're not.

And obviously I know next to nothing about what's going on, but someone needs to tell Geoff to keep his goddamn opinions about everybody else to himself sometimes and to grow up. Shit happens, deal with it.
