It's spring and it's really hot today. I seem to notice that life is hitting the skids for most of my old friends from back home. However, it's not my particular place in their life now to help them. so having come to the realization of these things, does it make you happier? I understand the two experiences are polar of each other though not necessarily as mutually exclusive as some might have you believe- what makes you happy?

There really wasn't any emotion attached to those revelations. It was more objective than anything.

What makes me happy? Rather than to define it, I'd prefer to let myself stumble upon it and add onto an already long list. First and foremost is caring for others, doing that truly makes me happy.

Of course I can't say that! There's no way of me knowing just how happy or unhappy you are doing what you're doing so there's no way for me to compare.
