Actually, 205 is the single that is led into. I was aiming for 204 but Res Life put me in 205. Fine with me. Three windows is pretty nice, and the room feels (and probably is) a bit bigger. Plus, it's a nice set-up, so I isn't complaining at all.
Hey, this is Brendan, your Japan House co-convenor. I see you were able to get into the house well before school started; that's good, because I was worried they weren't going to let non first-years on campus before school starts. I will be in on Friday, myself. Were rooms 204 / 205 the rooms that we were assigned in, and our positions got switched? I am asking because I took my room specifically because of my sleeping habits, and I don't want to be in a position where I'm getting woken up late at night.
That was already answered; I thought your comment window said no comments, whatever. Anyway, I'm not sure what res-life is thinking. No hard feelings towards you, I'm just worried about my own position, and how easy it will be for me to get to sleep.
Anyway, there's a couple of solutions for this. We could try switching rooms when you get back (I've got no problem with it) but, honestly, I'm going through a bit of insomnia at the moment, on top of my already odd schedule, so I dunno. Another option is to switch with one of the real singles here in the house.
Luckily, we're in a house, so we have all authority to switch around rooms, as long as everyone involved agrees (*grins*)
