Well, now I’ve done it.

I’ve read the sixth book.  And re-read it.  And re-re-read it.  And re- well.  You get the idea.
Unfortunately, it’s truly beginning to sink in that I allowed myself to read Blackout too often, too fast and now I have to wait an entire YEAR for the next book.
While my brain is battling against sinking into this listless, pseudo-depressed what-the- ( Read more... )

If it makes you feel any better I don't blame you for ANY of this. And I highly encourage the drawing. *Nods* Sadly I haven't gotten to read Blackout yet, as I am working on three different papers for my classes, but I imagine I'll feel much the same when I finally get the chance.

WOW. I have no idea how you managed that. I am impressed, as my self-control is no where near that good. I deliberately cleared my schedule so that I was able to indulge in Blackout the SECOND it came out and still I took more time than I was supposed to. Ah ha ha haaaaa.... Cough.

::GRINS:: Blackout is good. Oh, so goooood. The whole book is intense. And the epilogue... oh dear god. GULP! Have I mentioned I love Cal? Because I do. I freaking love him.
And I need to stop before I blurt out spoilers.

You should totally ping me when you've finished, tell me whatcha think. Or post about it, whatever. FEED MY BRAIN, bwahaha.
Are we friends? ::Checks:: Huh. Well, we are now. ::Friends your ass::
Now you're doomed. XD

I would love to say it's because I have massive amounts of willpower but that would be a blatent lie. I just want to enjoy it, which I wouldn't be able to do if I had papers looming over my head.

I have sort of gotten the impression that you like Cal, just hints of it you know, but I pick up on these subtle things.

I will absolutely post about it, because there are people on my flist who haven't been converted yet and they MUST BE! Woot for the friending! I rarely ever say anything worth reading but every now and again I post book/movie/game/whathaveyou recs that may be of interest. I'm totally okay with being doomed.

Ahhhh... Now that I understand.

::grins:: A sharp one, eh? Sarcastic as well. I think I freaking like you too. XD

Yessss, yess convert them! One of us! One of us!

Lol, eh, whatever. It's not like I post anything of intellectual value either.
LJ is for fun! Fandoms are fun. New puppies are fun! In fact....

*eyes her e-reader* Ooookay, so I think I'm going to slow down and pause here on page 64 of Blackout- and switch to something else for a bit. I don't even have a copy of Resident Evil. I guess I could WoW instead. I know there are zombies there....

Dang, woman, you're already on Blackout? Muy mucho impressed! XD
Even more so if you're able to stop mid-plot and sidetrack to something else. How is that possible? That's like... stopping a piss once you've started! O.o Damn. You are freakishly inhuman. XP

Glad you commented. I was worried about you. ::Hugs::

I'm finished. I'm a little sad. I liked that Cal.

*grin* No, just a book nerd. I usually read more than one book at a time. I blame my upbringing- when I got sent to my room there was nothing to do there but read.

*hugs you* I needed a weekend curled up in bed with pets and books. It helped.

Mmm. I liked him too, but I like the bloodthirsty one better. ::cackle::
In fact, Cal liked that Cal better too. Which is why it's so touching that he gives it up for his brother. Sniff!

::snerk:: Got sent to your room a lot then?
God, more than one book at once? I'd end up with ADD.

My favorite one is the "How to draw an owl". I was howling at that one.

I feel so... thrown over. *sniff* Duo could SO take this Cal person down. (And if he couldn't, Heero would do it for him). Totally.
If nothing else, they'd use mecha. *nod nod*
Wimp.
*huffs grumpily*

Duo take Cal down?

::takes a second to imagine that fight::

::snerk:: Oh god.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
Ahem.
::cough::
Yeah, sure, okay Hawk. ::guffaw::

Oh posh, I haven't thrown you over. Harassing you is one of my main entertainments in life, no way I'll give it up.
It will simply have to take new forms now. :D
