Yeah it was great. I was in the zone. How long did it take you to lose the weight you lost? How often where you running initially? How much weight did you lose again?
I lost about 25 lbs. but I wasn't running - I was doing elliptical and heavy weight lifting. I also drastically changed my diet. I didn't start running until almost 3 months after I lost the weight.
very nice to see you updating! awwww...you'd be the highlight of most people's days i imagine doll! i need to get a trainer. you have amazing willpower on your own though too. wow....5k! great work!
A trainer does help, tremendously. I am doing things I never imagined I could do. They keep you motivated. If I didn't have a personal trainer I know I would not push myself as hard as I they do. It's fun!!!!
