Snow every where. We were in the 50's yesterday and most of the remaining snow melted overnight but at 3 am the wind direction changed and the temps started to drop. It is 20 degrees right now and huge snow flakes are falling. Not a major storm by any means but still snow. Maybe 3 inches by tomorrow. Great way to end my vacation.

Better than ice, though. Right? We're heading to near 60 today, but cloudy, so not the ideal day. I'll take it.

You should end your vacation by going guitar shopping for yourself. :)

You bet. Snow is always better than ice. Still snowing a bit right now but it looks like we only got a couple of inches. It's light fluffy snow so should be lots easier to move than last time.

Lol. The problem is I really want an electric guitar but I don't have enough for that yet. ;) Soon though.

Enjoy your nice weather. I got to enjoy ours while it lasted.

We seem to be about 2-3 days behind you with this crazy weather. I hope you don't have too much snow to deal with.

Only got about 2 inches and it is light and fluffy so it should be easy to move. Unfortunately the snow blower is not an option on this kind of snow.

Doesn't it figure! This has been crazy weather. Walked home from a neighbors house the other night. It was almost 50 degrees so nice. This morning 12degrees. Sorry you get to go back to work with snow on the way.We're getting flurries and sunshine here this morning.

I have been kinda out of the loop with LJ for a while. Missed a lot of posts from people I care about. I hope to remedy that. I do head back to work this week. Will move back into it slowly. Here's hoping I don't fall apart in the process.

Weird weather. I was running around for 3 days just wearing a sweatshirt as we moved stuff from my aunt's old house. Today I am shoveling and it is cold again. Welcome to winter. Lol.

I was so happy that you got to see your family for Christmas. I hope they do decide to move closer to you. Take it easy going back to work. Bosses always think they aren't asking that much of you but it is always more than they should.

I am trying to post every day or every other day this year. Most of the time it won't be all that exciting but I want to get back into the habit of writing something. Also this year I am vowing that we actually meet for tea or lunch or whatever. ;P

I really hope we can hook up! NewBo downtown is awesome. Cedar Rapids is finally coming back from the flood. NewBo is becoming an arts center. The market is wonderful. My daughters shop in the Cherry building is so cool. The whole of the Cherry building has some amazing shops.We must work towards and afternoon together.

I was excited to see all the new shops advertised in CR. Used to be such a cool place to shop. Looks like they are doing it right. I look froward to making that happen.

Whew so tired from shoveling. Wasn't lots of snow but I have 3 lots to clear so it adds up. I need to go to Wallyworld today and I hate going there on Sundays. Too crazy. Lol.
