Oh sweet baby Jeebus, please pray for the fightin' Phils! I jinxed 'em last year by going to the first playoff game; hopefully my luck has changed

I got the "You Can't Has" email today. BOOOO.
Is ok, if I go I will jinx as well. it's bad enough i'm actually paying attention and I'm worried that my concern, or "acting like a fan" will ruin everything.
If you want to quiz tonight i am sure we will be there while rooting on the phils.

Bah, tonight is my parents' 50th wedding anniversary! So I cannot quiz as I will be at dinner with them, but I think it is an acceptable excuse. :)
Yeah, I'm so not a superstitious person, except when it comes to sports. Last year, at the Rockies game, the Phillies scored a home run while I was getting food, so I left the stands for the last 2 innings in the hope that my leaving the viewing area would somehow magically force a run. It didn't. But I'd probably do the same thing again.
