Rest that knee! You'll get back to workout out before you know it, and fighting it will only make it worse. Rest is just as vital for your body and your fitnessa s the workouts themselves. So RICE: rest, ice, compression, elevation. Ice the crap out of it. 20 minutes on, 10 minutes off. Do arm stuff in the mean time, and go for walks if your knee will allow it.
I know how you feel though. There are days when I just look at myself and wonder what the hell happened to me over night, over or the last week, or what the hell I'm doing with myself. It passes, especially if you put on really fabulous shoes. ;)
