Yesterday: Wake up. Eat a piece of toast. Go to Gym. 10 minutes on Elliptical machine. 5 minutes of jogging 45 minutes of Body Combat. 45 minutes of Body Pump. Come Home. Eat Lunch.
I might suggest changing up the amount of time spent on each activities, or the activities themselves. You may get mentally bored, and if your body gets bored, the workouts stop being effective.
The Les Mills classes (Body pump and Body Combat) change every month or so, so it is always changing. It seems like just when I think I have it, they go and change it up :P
I'm definitely not worried about getting bored with Combat, if I could I would teach it because I love it so freakin' much though. Thanks though love, I might consider changing up the elliptical/jogging component of my routine.
