Keep Your Laws Off My Body!

I went to the March for Life once. I felt like some of the people there were trying to shock people into horror about abortion. The problem with that is that horrifying people will make them horrified at you. But that's a discussion for another day. There were these women protesting, and I've heard it a lot since. They had signs and were shouting " ( Read more... )

Preach it sister!

I agree with everything except you saying you were over the top you were not. The government is for the killing of fetus' which are some say are a part of woman but against basic lifestyle chooses that definitely have to do with our own body.

The worst to me the mandatory HPV vaccinations for all young girls. It is a vaccination for a disease that is only spread sexually except in some rare cases where it can be spread by the vaccination. But even girls who are celibate or plan to be sexually monogamous are forced to get the vaccination.

The virus is "mandatory" now? Bull shit, says I. And I could win that case in court.

I love the whole "don't you want to keep them from getting sick?!" line of "reasoning" for the HPV vaccination the best. Yes, of COURSE I want to keep my child from getting sick. But if we give a girl a condom "to keep her safe" and a vaccination "to keep her safe," and give her a sex ed program that merely teaches her different that these faulty things will "protect her," then she's more likely to put herself in a high-risk situation.

Of course, when the condom breaks, or she contracts a disease that passes right through it, will these government nannies be there to comfort her? Will they hold her and stroke her hair and help her figure out what to do? Will they help her learn to cope with what could be lifelong consequences? Are they ever there to pick up the pieces? Of course not.

Well, the liberals tried to make it mandatory for now at least they have failed. http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/1784.html

Another thing that is terrible about the way they give out condoms that a lot times they give out the cheap ones that are coated with a spermicide that actually increases your chances of getting HIV. http://www.goaskalice.columbia.edu/1784.html

What I find most infuriatingly is after pushing this on the kids, if you child because pregnant they can push her to get an abortion and you don't even have to know about it. In England they even give abortion council at school.
