In preparation for football season, we are training Ein to jump up on his hindlegs when we say, "Go Steelers!" Or perhaps I should say, "trying to train" him, because he is resisting this. He will go on his hindlegs cheerfully for a handsignal and "Up up up!" but if we use the handsignal and say, "Go Steelers!" instead, he just regards us oddly

(Although in fact, I have forbidden Mr. Kit to teach the dog "play dead." I've got a morbid streak and all, but that's _sick_.)
