Ok Guys.. I need help. I've been planning on getting an iPod for ages now, but they just keep coming out with new ones.. And I was fully prepared to buy the 60 GB Photo this weekend, and then I see that they've come out with this crazy video one.. I vote getting a smaller one. You don't need all those extra features like video or pictures. Just get the 30/35/40 GB or whatever they have right now. I think it has pictures, but are you going to put pictures on there? Personally, I think that's a waste of space. Use it for music.

I actually am thinking I will use the pictures.. I know theres no way I'd ever have 60 GB of music, but as you know I take a ton of pictures, and the memory card on my camera is not especially large. With the camera connector, I could transfer pics from camera straight to iPods on vacations or something, and I think thats the most practical for me. For example, in London I had to put my pictures on Rachel Nagin's computer because I took some many.. And that was quite a hassle. This way, if I have the iPod, a cable and the connector, I can take as many pictures as I want without needing a laptop or an extra memory stick..

your camera idea sounds like a good one, but i'd still vote for a smaller ipod. i got a 60 gig. it's large and unweildy. and i'm not going to fill 60 GBs of space, as obsessed with music as i am.
but then again, i don't have a digital camera, so you probably know better than i do what you need.

Yours is unwieldy? Thats a bit scary.. I'm still leaning toward it though.. We'll see

i got my case from the apple store. it was 30 dollars.

don't get an ipod katie! then i won't be able to laugh at you anymore when you complain. :(

Ahh! $30!?? That's insane.. I do need to make a trip to the apple store.. rgrr

HAHA!! You can still laugh at me for not being a writer center tutor? Even though you aren't either. mwahaha You can laugh at me for spending lots of my own money? If you like..?
