On January 3rd, I will be traveling to Japan. The only thing on my list that I MUST do there is to eat at Sukiyabashi Ono. It is IMPERATIVE that I get to taste this 82 year old Sushi Chef's masterpiece creations. oh don't you worry, roughing it is no problem, although we have to look our best...it's respect. men all wear suits. And...i don't mind throwing some elbows too! hehehehe. I BELIEVE IN ANTHONY BOURDAIN. I BELIEVE IN THE BEST SUSHI IN THE WORLD. AFTER ALL, no soysauce is allowed and you use your hands like the traditional way. gosh, what an experience it will be!!!!!
