I heard about the impending divorce from your Mom back around her birthday, but his specific plans, the loss of Mae's dog, your work travails, and now the foreclosure are unpleasant news to me (I used to read Mae's LJ, too, but stopped when she said she wasn't comfortable with B* people reading it). I'm so sorry about all this: if there's a reason the universe feels the need to keep dumping poo upon y'all, it's a mystery to me.

Hm. Things seemed to be going well a couple of weeks ago. At the very least, *better*. I know it may be blatantly obvious, but try to accentuate the positive. It'll help keep you afloat until these waves subside.
