Are you maybe stressed at the minute, because nightmares can be caused by stress.

Hope they ease off soon!

Not stressed. If I was, I'd be having a flare-up of my Crohn's- a good indicator of my stomach cramping would be stress or gas that can't be expelled.

I've been having them when I lose my stuffed cat in the middle of the night. It's been happening when my bed partner wants to spread half his body onto my side of the bed. :\

If that's the case maybe find a way of keeping your stuffed cat attached to you during the night.

Sounds as if your subconscious is working out specific issues in your nightmares, especially if the bomb and the being chased are recurring. I guess it would be quite a job for you to tie it in with something in real life to work through.

On the other hand the weirder the nightmares (or dreams) the more creative your mind is.
