There's tons of talent in Toronto, but finding someone who excels in the style of work that you want, and someone that you can communicate your ideas with and can get along with can be the tough part. imo, talent and personality are requisities that are almost at par -- if the person's a dick, it doesn't matter how good they can ink. ;p
