Mini RantYou know for a department that's supposed to handle the nation's labour force, I find it pretty ironic how tight the Ministry of Manpower seems to be on manpower. They don't even have enough people to man their "hotline". I ended up leaving a message, and when it went 24 hours without a response I decided to head down personally yesterday
