The little old lady next door was telling me how she finally got HER neighbor next door to get the broken cars and parts out of her back yard. I was happy for her, taking her yard back. Her little dog will be very happy. Then she wanted to cut the vines off the fence back there. The last tenant of this house said she'd prefer to leave them for "

I don't mean to laugh at your misfortune but I do think that is what we get for talking to our neighbors.

My own annoying neighbor was outside when my friend came over sunday and he told her that I was a nice lady. Is that a way to make me feel guilty for running quickly in and out of my apartment to avoid having to talk to him?

Destroy the morning glories??? No way, lady. I say yes to the pink flamingos. They have attitude.

Our neighbors actually rebuilt the fence between our houses, and in one spot, they built a box out into our yard around a tree that is half on their property. Without asking us if this was ok. Our fence looks sort of like:
