I was told that I needed to change something from one agent to another and make it happen now.

To make what happen?

Driving down 75th St. I came to the realization of another reason I hate Kansas City. When city planners are making roads, the bright people, decide to put rain drains at the TOP OF A FUCKING HILL and only 1 at the bottom. Brilliant!!!! So surprise surprise that there is more water than 1 damn drain can handle thusly flooding the road. Not to mention that they use 8" drainage pipes where places like Baltimore, NYC, Philly, DC, and Richmond all use a minium of 3' pipes.

Agreed, it seems Roland Park took another stance on it. They built 1 storm drain at the bottom of hills and don't bother to clean them out.

I got caught in all of that crap on North Oak (flash flooding! eeeep!), and then again on HWY 69 headed to Excelsior Springs. I damn near wrecked about five times, expecially when the sky opened up and dumped absurd amounts of rain just outside of Liberty. I like the rain, but that was NO FUN.
