While I am fully sucked into ‘What’s the Matter with Kansas’ that Mark lent me I would love to sleep sometime tonight.

There is nothing better than to be curled up and fall asleep reading (ok, there are a few things better) but there is nothing soothing or sleep inducing about peppy Chicano music blaring.  Maybe I should just move to the couch or

Ick. Sorry it was a rough night. I'd complain to your apartment management about that. I'm sure they have noise guidelines that have to be adhered to after a particular hour.

The problem is, they live in duplexes that aren't on the apartment's grounds. They're immediately adjacent. :(

You have more patience than I do - I think I would have called the police sooner than when those firetrucks got there! Maybe look into Overland Park's noise/neighborhood rules or something, and find out if there's a time that people have to be quiet by?

Yep. I guess since I probably bugged the crap out of people in my day makes me wait until the deadline to do anything. I know there is a noise ordence but don't remember the time. Will have to look it up.

Well, I would but it was in a house next to the complex so my hands are tied. All I can do is call the police and I guess part of the teenage hooligan hates the thought.
