We miss you too, believe me. In fact, we were talking about you and the Aberrant game again just this past weekend, and having many happy memories. I hope your game gets off the ground and turns out just as memorable and wonderful as ours did.
Breathe deeply... physiologically speaking, your body can't be anxious and relaxed at the same time. Defuse those nasty thought as best you can and re-direct your thoughts elsewhere. I know that you have a strong mind. Tough battle, though.
Try not to sink too much into the past. Nothing in the future will be the same as the past, that's just fact. But consider how much fun the possibilities hold, and how you can get there. And if that's too hard to do, you can always think about how much worse things could be.
It's really rough to be lonely-- so much silence and aching... with all that time and space it's probably a good idea to fill it up with productive, happy thoughts.
