Weird how reassuring the cat thing is, no? John and I were gone over the weekend to Victoria, and we left Embers in the house with two food bowls and four water bowls. I worked at home this morning, and despite being left alone for a relatively short time this weekend and today, he's still so clingy - like meowing-at-the-bathroom-door-while-I'm-trying-to-take-a-pee-for-god's-sake clingy. Poor buddycat.

But yes: reassuring.

What's your breakfast burrito recipe? I've been thinking of making these lately, so I'm curious about personal recommendations.

Karon got a recipe off the internets that supposedly makes a months worth(snicker, laugh) It actually yields between two and three weeks worth if you want something that qualifies as a breakfast. I suppose if we put enough extra crap in it then ya know it might be a months worth, but that hasn't happened yet ( ... )

For individual portions, I do two eggs, a handful of diced ham, then after cooking sprinkle on the cheese, fold up the burrito, and microwave it enough to melt the cheese and warm the tortilla.

The recipe I like can be found here:

The first time we tried it we ran out of filling before using up the recommended number of tortillas, so I'd recommend adding more eggs and other ingredients like a can of diced tomatoes for volume.
