This is an astonishing list. You have The Catchtrap by Marion Zimmer Bradley on here twice, though. Oh, and you might add "incest" to Teleny, Oscar Wilde, as well. It's part of a dream, but it's highly explicit.

Les Miserables, by Victor Hugo: I believe Fantine is only 15 when she comes to Paris and becomes pregnant (before the father abandons them both), eventually turning to prostitution (with a few rape overtones) to support herself and Cosette.

I LOVE THIS LIST. Needless to say the book gland within me is secreting graciously. (That sounds so wrong. I apologise.) But this list is bewildering and I applaud you for taking on the task.
