I loved it! I liked watching their gradual relationship. Esp how they cuddled more and more in bed, eventually not even bothering to hide it from each other.

The super interesting part in this fic was she chose to give up the baby. And Will knew he could have kept it with her but was willing to let Amelie go because Quinn wasn't ready, and their relationship wasn't ready.

God, I am insanely jealous. This is so good, it's everything I wanted this story to be! You hit so many good beats, and you've nailed both of their voices perfectly. I love how you write the tension, and I lovelovelove the final scene, it's so sweet, and it expresses a lot of what their future might hold. Thank you so, so much! This whole story is, like, a massive love letter to your story. Thank you for your comment on the voices: I had your good-hearted, self-deceptive, lonely, sweet Will in my head while I was writing, and that really kept me going.

I am so glad the pacing and the tension worked for you! I figured if I managed *half* as well as you did, I'd be doing pretty good. With this pairing, you have to commit to a slow build, but it's just so much fun when it pays off. Because they are so suited to each other, on a thematic level! He's a smarter, (slightly) more mature Finn! She's a sweeter, less crazy Terri! They can redeem themselves and each other! And have lots of insanely hot sex along the way!
