And yeah, self-teaching can be rather hard. I haven't been able to put as much effort into it as I'd like though, so I'm sure I could do a rather decent job. And I guess it just depends on the person. I have a friend who's teaching herself a number of languages and she's rather good at it.
You know how people ask you that one wish you'd want more than anything? Mine would be to understand, speak, write, and read every language in the world. :) Wouldn't that be AWESOME!?
And that's a cool tidbit about the meaning of the engaged word. I shall store that away in my head. ;)
