Social anxiety, Star Trek, and Karl Urban

First things first. Karl Urban was a last minute addition to the Las Vegas Star Trek con this past weekend and there was no way in hell that I was going to miss the opportunity to meet him given my recent obsession. He is just as amazing in person as I thought he would be. That said... *coughs* we all know my experiences are never that simple,

If you'd gone to the Con, then I wouldn't have been there alone and I probably would have been able to stay distracted enough not to completely freak out. ^_^ Plus, you're already aware of my tendency to lose things and probably would have helped to make sure I didn't lose track of my ticket and thus prevented the 'straw that broke the camel's back' so to speak. And on top of that, if you were just as nervous, I'd really have been able to distract myself by mothering you. <3
