Wish I could help but alas I'm living the broke uni student life here in Australia :( I hope everything turns out ok for you and your children... I'm studying to be a family lawyer so I know that things can get very messy and expensive, but hopefully it won't for you. Hope that your situation gets resolved quickly as well. All the best :)
