SLEEP

Man, last three nights I have had the worst sleeps! Last night I just kept waking up every like 15minutes, I tried all four of my pillows and the last one I tried was the best but I only switched to it at 7am this morning, so I didn't get much out of it. The other two nights I slept fine but I woke up so sore -- back, neck etc. > Any ideas for GOOD ( Read more... )

yeah I sleep crappy sometimes. It sucks. Try flipping your mattress.

I figured it out! I just shouldn't NAP! I didn't take a nap yesterday/restrained myself from napping and i had the BEST sleep ever again! SCORES!!
