muse strength: ■■■□□: I had some issues with how his voice differs between the English game and Japanese anime, since I started playing him based on the latter. But honestly, I tag better when I can hear an English voice in my head since I hear his speech patterns better. Right now, it's kind of a fusion; I hear his English voice for happy/neutral threads, and his Japanese voice for sad/serious threads. It works pretty well so far, but I'd like to do a rewatch of the anime soon. |D
cast strength: ■■■□□: The castmates he's close with, he's really close with. And I love that. But the ones he's not, he rarely gets a chance to interact with. Part of this is my fault for not jumping on more opportunities. Once Aza and Alse come back from hiatus, I'mma pester them both. Ion is closer to Dist than to Jade right now, and while it makes sense considering the development he's had in Luceti, it just feels a little off... |D Also, I really really want an Anise. Or a Sync. Or an Arietta. Or an Origina- I WANT PEOPLE.
plotting capabilities: ■■■□□: A lot of his plotting potential for me tends to come from events, me being mean to him, REPLICA DRAMAAAA, or castmate-related. He's not exactly overflowing with plots, but I never have trouble thinking up something for him to do.
general fun level: ■■■■□: I tend to have more fun with him when things are happening. I have to be in the right mood for threads of idle chit-chat. |D
likelihood of drop: □□□□□: The day I drop Ion is the day I drop Luceti, which just isn't going to happen.

likelihood of drop: ■■■■□: Honestly, I'm only really holding out right now to see if I can get over this funk with her, since I'm so much in love with all her CR. I also didn't want to drop her near Vash's birthday, since I have been making sure to remember that all this time, and I'd feel bad dropping some emo on him instead. She already passed AC, but barely. And since she's an original character who keeps to herself anyway, I don't feel like I'm character squatting with her if I just let her sit for awhile, but... I still don't like to.
So I've been talking about maybe apping a new character. I considered Natsume from Natsume's Book of Friends, but save his occassional short-temper with Nyanko-sensei, he's very similar in temperment to Ion. I also thought about Minori from Toradora! but while she has the silly genki-girl personality I was looking for, I don't see myself as being able to keep up with her while keeping true to her voice.
There was another character I've been considering for a few months now, but didn't want to app as a third character since I knew I couldn't handle that. But with Cheyenne looking to be on the way out, I know I'll need someone to fill the space. If I only play one character, I'll burn out on them (and while that doesn't seem possible with Ion since I love the little derp so much, I don't want to take the risk).
SO I went ahead and did this for that character:

muse strength: ■■■□□ : And the only reason this isn't higher is because I'm still working on rewatching season 3, which is where I'll be pulling him from.
cast strength: ■■■■■: BEST ATLA CAST ON LJ.
plotting capabilities: ■■■■□: HIS EXISTENCE IS A PLOT CAPABILITY.
general fun level: ■■■■■: His tags are so much fun omigosh. *A* Even mundane things, since he's so much more expressive than characters I'm used to playing (very much so in Cheyenne's case).
likelihood of app: ■■■■□: There's a reason this number is tied with Cheyenne. If I drop her, I'm replacing her with Aang in November. He's a lot more active than her, which is something I mentioned on plurk as being one of the reasons I can handle two characters, but Aang is a different kind of active. He doesn't take a lot of thought since he's a kid who actually acts like a kid. I don't get that my-character-is-smarter-than-me issue. |D The only thing that would potentially turn me off is if an Azula apps in at the same time. Though preferably one would never show up, if one did, I'd at least like Aang to be settled first. Oh, and I also want to app him because apparently young spiritual leaders are my thing.
I know Luceti also has a history of getting Aangs and then they drop, whereas Sokka and Katara have been there for like ever. That's why I've sat on the idea of apping him for so long, because I only wanted to app him if I knew he was going to stick. I renewed his paid account an icons. If his voice sticks around while playing on D_M and dressing rooms until November, I'll feel good enough to put him in the game.
...unless an Aang apper appears in September. Then I'll just be all like :| since putting him in now would be silly. I'll probably be hiatused from like Mid-September to late October, depending on how busy I am before I leave and how soon I can get internet access in my dorm.
