foodnetwork.com When in doubt pop a ingrediant into the search window and see what it turns up. Like this, or this are two I found for ham bone...There are a ton more under ham hock, some of which you can sub the bone for. Hope that helps.

The second one looks really good. I did not know you could search that way on foodnetwork. Thank you!

yeah, it's really great when you have an item or two that you are wanting to make something with but are not sure what exactly. I find I use the search option a few times a year. Just put in the main ingrediant and see what turns up. Plus you can sort by difficulty or rating, narrow the search by adding other items, or if you know of one of their main chefs who's style is similar to yours you can have it norrowed down to one of their recipes too. And if that doesn't work I just google recipe, *incert item here*. But usually you can find a bunch of ideas on foodnetwork.

You could use it to flavor a big pot of greens or cabbage or maybe a broth for potato soup. Then call me and let me know what time we're eating. :)

Saturday afternoon/ evening would be great. All 3 of you are welcome. The kid can entertain my monster, and you can cuddle the baby. You pick the time. We are flexable.
