So, Dale I guess had finally had enough this morning and he started to see my point. This mornings work orders called for 4 new installs and a repair which would amount to a $400 day. Well,... at least it would if we were actually getting paid for it

I agree, you should take this guy to court. Would it be possible for you to find any former employees of his that could testify to this guys' tactics. What a jerk. I'll just bet he's lining his pockets with the money from your hard work. By calling him today, you are one up on him, because you gave him the opportunity to set things right. Our prayers are with you.

There was a guy in Lawton that use to work for him,... I think I have his card around here somewhere. I'm going to see if I can find it.

*sigh* I just hope this jerk does the right thing and sets this straight. There's a good chance that he will, we just have to wait and see. But all in all I think Dale did the best thing he possibly could. He stood up to Derrick after being a nice guy and said "enough is enough".
I'm glad he put his foot down on this one. Though I feel bad for him also. I know how much he wanted this to work out....
