I just purchased the retail version of EOF (the latest EQ2 expansion)

and with it, I got a free "buddy pass".

The pass allows someone to try EQ2 free for 7 days.

Thanksgiving

Did Dale make it home for Thanksgiving? I hope so. I should give him a call later today.

Did you finally get over that cold? The same thing is going around here. I haven't had the full blown symptoms, just annoyingly congested.

Yes! Thankfully, he did make it home for Thanksgiving. He even got a little more time here than we expected, which was nice. I took him back to OKC Sunday night.
And it took me having to get antibiotics to get rid of whatever crud I had, but I think it's finally gone. I get minor throat irritation every now and then, but nothing major.
We had a blast over the past week. I think Dale and I imposed quite a bit of "Christmas Spirit" onto my dad. =P He actually got into it after we went and bought lights and decorations! Dad went and bought a new artificial tree and we all spent hours decorating it and the house. It was so much fun!

How did your thanksgiving go?

It was good. Brandie. Eli, and her friend Carlos were here for a little while. Tony made a ham and a chicken(LOL) and I made all the sides, and we just had a real lazy day. I actually had 2 days off.
