Gary's Mom found out yesterday that she has breast cancer.  I don't have any details, don't know the stage or type or anything, just that they've recommended a mastectomy.  The whole family is reeling right now.  Any positive energy, or prayers, or healing thoughts you can send their way will be greatly appreciated.

Friday, I went to my thyroid doctor for a check up and ultrasound.  She found two nodules on the right side that were just over the 1 centimeter line where she wanted to get cells from them.  So she did a needle biopsy of both of them.  I felt like the worlds tiniest vampire got me, just after he lost one of his fangs!  I've got 5 little bittie ( Read more... )

So I had a very unusual experience Wednesday night.  I was in the Taco Bell drive thru, behind a Big White Truck that had just pulled in.  Suddenly, the Big White Truck (BWT) was backing up... onto my car.  I say "onto" and you are all wondering how that could be...
