Maybe little X-MAs ornaments? Cute little quilted balls, stuffed snowpeoples, elves...

hhhmmmm. Do you think re-usable gift bags would go over? I've made a ton for my family to fold up and use in following years out of holiday, snow, or Christmas fabrics. They are just drawstring, but save on paper a LOT.

That's a good idea. I would think they would be popular- especially if you attached ribbon to them as well.

Quilts take a lot of time...

I might try bags then. Quilts DO take a lot of time, but also can make a lot of $$$
