I'm not knitting it yet, but I want to. I just saw the picture in Vogue Knitting magazine today, and it *is* beautiful, isn't it? The weird part about it is that there are a lot of other truly hideous knitting patterns in the same issue. I also want to knit this first: http://www.breiweb.nl/contents/media/l_417-00011.jpg
The pattern is in French, but there's a whole team of people on the internet working to translate it. Yippee, knitting blogs!

Argh! I already sent all my knitting gear back to Portland, otherwise I would. I'm sort of feeling uninspired at the moment in terms of knitting....the first (and last) sweater I finished turned out to be unwearable. The yarn I used (Yukon) was one of those yarns that sheds like crazy! I had to give it away, it was so bad.
