I sometimes feel like I have a broken thirst mechanism. I almost never feel thirsty; sometimes I'll go 6 hours without drinking anything and then start getting a dull headache, and only then will it occur to me that I'm probably dehydrated. After most workouts I don't feel thirsty at all- I just force myself to drink liquids so I don't start ( Read more... )
