I have had a reasonably eventful week so far. I have had lots of fallings out with my boss. Partly over his inability to lead but mostly due the fact that despite that I have been working in my department longer than any of the other test guys, I am on the lowest wage. I just don't see the logic in this one little bit. If anyone has a problem
