"Moslem" is a transliteration of "Muslim" which was fairly common in the western press until a while back.

Doesn't sound like it was too popular with Muslims themselves though. Below is taken from a Home Office report: "Reporting Diversity"

"Muslim is preferred. People refer to themselves as Muslims. Many regard
Moslem as a term of abuse, like people of African descent dislike being called negroes."

So now you know. And knowing is half the battle.
