Btw, I left a comment on your biz blog, about the silloette style picture. I see my friend doing those sometimes. I wondered if it's a combination of lighting outside, like maybe right at sunset? and maybe it's just a use of the photoediting program? how do you do it so that the people are mostly dark and the background shows up behind them like they are in a shadow?
I have only ever done it using the manual setting on my camera. Basically I under expose my photo only letting a bit of light in. I don't think there is a way to do it using a point and shoot camera...because the camera will try to light the area using the flash. And yes this needs to be done at sunset or some sort of low light in the back ground.
