I descend into self-induced miasmas at times too.. when everything I think/dream about doesn't exist in reality or hasn't yet. mostly I dream about what I want to do in the future, no matter how far-fetched it is. the bad part is when you suddenly realise you're living in the now and there's nothing you can do about those thoughts or dreams.
