So....had the inspection on our future home done yesterday. Got up at 5 a.m. to get ready, drink coffee and head to St. Augustine to meet the inspector. He was nice but kind of dorky. A big chicken too. But, $250 later, the inspection came out ok

Ah Chum....they've done wonders with the variety these days.
Very tasty.

Of course....I did eat at the cookout and it was actually pretty close to chum. Bad beans, potatoes with no flavor other than potato and chicken just this side of undercooked. Oh...and sweet tea that was really tinted water.
Blecch!
