It had the potential to be another extremely pointless piece of recycled 'reality' trash.

The key to that show is song selection. You've got to have a good, high-energy performance. The ballad just aint going to do it.
I liked what is love, but covering Spears' "Toxic" was toxic for Haddaway. And the crawling around on the floor works much better for Britney.
Tommy Tutone was probably my second favorite.
