So i contacted customer first back in June (apparently, but im sure i contacted them before kita?) 
OH, customer first if anyone's intrested is a kinda charity group that helps families out and stuff who are disabled/carers and i applied for a grant from them towards a laptop to help mum do online shopping, and also as a way for me to do more
