  I'm sorry if this is annoying anyone, but I figured I should post this here considering anyone watching me is a visual kei fan. I know most of you are probably older than me, but I'm in high school, living with my parents. My mom has always hated the way I was, or rather the fandom that I was in. It's okay, bb~ I also experience the same treatment from some of my relatives and friends. I know we're usually misunderstood and some people think that we're rebels or we hate the world, etc. because of the music we listen to. I used to hide the fact that I like VK because I'm already 26, working and that I shouldn't be involved in these things because it's not appropriate for my age, but I just reached that point wherein I just suddenly stopped giving a damn about what other people would say about me or my preference. I just dropped everything and just let people know what I like, and showed them a part of who I am. I can't tell you to do the same, stop caring about anything or anyone, ignore what your mom did or what she's doing to you because if it were my mom doing that to me, I'd definitely feel really bad as well. But if VK makes you happy then what other people think won't matter

Thank you so much. It makes me feel better to know I'm not alone. >.< I want to keep my mom happy, but I shouldn't let my world revolve around her. I need to do what makes me happy. I shouldn't care what people think about me. Thank you for helping me realize this. :)

And by the way, you're never to old to love what you love. I wish I could be older and working so I don't have to live with my parents. I'll just have to wait. :T

Uh... I'm glad my advice helped. Of course, it's okay to make other people happy too, but we also have to make sure that we're happy doing it. It's useless to make others happy if we're not happy ourselves, ne? ^^

And don't worry, you'll have your own time soon. Sure you get more freedom when you're much older, but then you'll have more responsibilities. Life is so complicated. ._.

Gosh, i always sound so horrible when I talk about my mother. I want to make her happy, but there is no way to please her. Theres always something making her angry. Everyday is a struggle with her. Just today she whined about not getting to spend any time with me, but then busted out crying when I started eating something. Im not allowed to eat around her. I cannot eat when shes anywhere near me. If shes not yelling at me for eating, shes always bugging me about something else. So Im isolated in my room all day, but then shes sad when i dont want to spend time with her. I just cant understand her. My jrock isnt hurting her or anyone else, so im not going to change myself for her when shes always going to find something to hate. Ugh, im sorry for the rant. I feel bad. (/-.-\)
