Today was a day for great friends, good food, hilarious conversation, and bonding to the maxtreme. The day started out with me in the kitchen for 3 solid hours cooking up a storm of 4 pans of cheese enchiladas, 2 batches of Spanish rice, 2 dozen peanut butter cookies, and some double fudge brownies.
