Thanks Shari!! It's actually a little bit bigger than what we need at this moment.. but that gives us room to grow in. ;) Hehe.

Also, we're planning on having a house warming party sometime in the summer, once we're all settled in. Will you be around?

If it's on a weekend, I will definitely be present :-) I'm about an hour and a half away, but I frequent the valley a lot still!

Yup, it will almost definitely be on a Saturday because Sean works Monday through Friday. We're not sure when yet, but probably sometime mid-July. :) We're thinking of sending out wedding-style invitations, hehe. :D
